  1. Calibrate and level thermostat
  2. Clean filters as needed
  3. Monitor volts/amps on fan motor
  4. Lubricate and inspect bearings for wear
  5. Check Heating Elements/Clean Burners
  6. Check All Safety Controls
  7. Inspect for dangerous carbon monoxide or gas leaks
  8. (Heat Pumps) Monitor operating pressures of refrigerant
  9. Check all electrical connections
  10. Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
