"Mr. Watkins, I just wanted to send along a note to you to let you know what a great job Thomas and Justin did today installing my whole new A/C Unit. They got right to work when they arrived about 10:00 after being lost in my subdivision for a bit and finished with it in a much shorter time than I had even imagined it could be done. They were courteous, cleaned up the area and very pleasant young men to have around. Â
I'm looking forward to using my new unit(s) without the lurking fear that something else will go wrong especially on the days when it's 105 degrees. Â
Having been in a service type job myself before retirement (flight attendant), I know how it's so important to let the boss and the company know when their employees are doing a good job and that the customer appreciates it. Too often all they receive are the "bad", "unhappy" comments from folks.
