It is great you sent a service professional, George J., right way because our heat went out during the recent cold snap. Mr. J. was very knowledgeable about our heating system. We were not charged for the service call because of our service package agreement and we upgraded to the next service package because of the great work. We also took advantage of the discount in the cost of the new system. The "one month free package fee" is a great way to get feed back from your customers. I highly recommend the Aprilaire System that does an excellent job of filtering the air. It was worth the money to make my home dust free!"
