"Mike came out to my home and serviced my old ac/heater. He was very polite, professional and courteous. He made suggestions but did not go beyond suggesting, which I liked and appreciated. I am an older RN and like his assertiveness, and his not going to being aggresive (as some of your people have been). I would like to point out what a pleasant service visit this was.
