"On February 17th I woke up and my furnace was not working. I called Comfort Experts and was warmly greeted by your dispatcher. She quickly got my Silver Club Member information and promised a technician would come that day and call before arrival. Just a few hours later I recieved a call that the Tech was on his way. Very shortly Mike S. arrived at my door, was able to assess the problem, and had my furnace back on in less than an hour. Mike was very personable and offered some good advice with regard to our future Air Comfort needs. We will soon be in need of new equipment and I was grateful for his comments and advice. Before Mike S. left, he had upgraded us to a Platinum Membership which we hope will be helpful to us when we purchase our new equipment.  We have been "Club" members since the summer of '08 and have always been pleased with your services and honesty, as well as the knowledge and appearance of your staff.
