"Tony came to my house in Granbury early this morning (June 25, 2011) and didn't stop working on my heat pump (8 straight hours - didn't even pause for lunch) until he was satisfied that he had located and totally resolved the root problems. His persistence in identifying all the various causes of our double wide mobile home becoming a virtual oven (85+ degrees) and close to being unbearable to continue living in was accomplished in a very professional and courteous manner. Tony is very meticulous and determined to make sure that he uses his expertise to the nth degree so that he gets the job done thoroughly and correctly the first time around.
